couches:
we are slowly getting there.
keep your eyes open and pick them up the moment you see them
(its a hot market this year)
if you see a couch, but can't get the couch itself, GRAB THE CUSHIONS!

fabric:
we could use some more
from the 21July meeting,
i have Imber and Davis Todd as getting more fabric
D.Todd has a fabric deal??

generator:
a 25K is on reserve at $350 a week
it holds 45 gallons of fuel and lasts for 24 hours per tank
mikek will arrnage delievery(and take away) of 200 gallons of diesel. woah!
the gennie will be towed by the 15 foot truck

electrical and lighting:
mikek is heading up all lighting efforts with help from form.
david is in charge of blacklights
as we aren't sure about toxic, mikek and form will take care of electricity.
outlets [above ground] inside the tent (uptop and on sides)
and cords for the courtyard??
what about power for art and other things
mikek is getting $400 worth of new x-mas lights

trucks:
we have a 24 footer and a 15 footer on reserve
pick up saturday august 28th (8am)
they are reserved for two weeks

grills:
we got two more this weekend.
supposedly they are in the love dodge. they should be transfered to storage.
we have two more in the storage (but the cords are missing?)

food:
paul is heading up all things food related,
especially arranging JIB (just intime bread)
is $1500 enough for ALL food stuffs?

coolers:
the current plan is to get big coolers.
who is getting them? who is planning their contents?

domes:
jay is heading up the 4 large courtyard domes
last weekend, form and jay came up with a plan for materials
where to get them, how many, etc...

parachuttes:
we didn't talk about them, but we should have.
i believe we have about 4 chuttes between all of us. yeah?
we need them to cover the domes.

sound:
from the sound of thing (hehe)
it seems we will be renting once again.
form will arrange sound rental and make sure the shit works!
we are shooting for a 4 speaker system.

misters:
eddie is heading up all mister efforts

showers:
christina and ann are heading up all shower efforts
will there be a showering stall/area??
if so, it should be worked into the over layout plan

ladders:
we need some (the tent is 16 feet tall).
anyone have any?
should we rent?

roof:
it seems we are headed toward a plan that everyone likes:
the top will be completely covered by shade sheeting
with removable (like a shower curtin) tarps on either side
both covering 15'x30' feet area,
meaning that 3/5 of the entire tent area will be covered by 100% shade!
