domes:
we need to get all dome materials THIS weekend
and do a dome test run on sunday 08August.
jay,,, will you be able to get your dome materials from jim?
for $35 home depot will deliver anything anywhere (in 20 miles)
(for our poles, the next slot is wed 11aug)

dome roofs:
with all the high winds,, should we consider other roof materials
besides parachutes?
should we alter the chutes?
cut holes/gashes in them?


Love Dodge:
its hurting,
can chicken john fix the dodge?
it would be good to have the dodge for moving our long poles


dust proofing speakers:
we need very fine material to dust proof the speakers.
cheese cloth was suggested.
can anyone follow up on this?


doors and supports:
i noticed the doors were delievered to bianca storage.
we have 5 doors.
they need supports->

milk crates:
get all the milk crates you can,
as these will be used for supports for the doors which make tables!
they can also be used for storage
mikeK says he knows a good place to get mike crates.
mikeK,, when can you deliever mike crates?


wood:
we need lots of wood!!
a run to "building resources" was suggested.

the fridge idea keeps popping up.
lets just friggen get one!

couches:
we are slowly getting there.
keep your eyes open and pick them up the moment you see them
(its a hot market this year)
if you see a couch, but can't get the couch itself, GRAB THE CUSHIONS!


fabric:
davis todd and imber are getting some more


coolers:
the current plan is to get big coolers.
who is getting them? who is planning their contents?

parachuttes:
we didn't talk about them, but we should have.
i believe we have about 4 chuttes between all of us. yeah?
we need them to cover the domes.


sound:
we ARE getting the 4x880 sound system.
form is checking on the power requirement.


misters:
eddie is heading up all mister efforts
(shoot, we forget to talk about this)


showers:
christina and ann are heading up all shower efforts
will there be a showering stall/area??
if so, it should be worked into the over layout plan
